This is the Schneider A9D11810, an ACTI9 iC60H 10A rated 30mA Type C curve 10kA 240V RCBO Module Single Pole (originally branded as Merlin Gerin, now: Schneider).
The single-phase iC60H RCBO’s self-contained residual current device carries out complete protection of final circuits, such as protection against short-circuits and cable overloads, protection of persons against electric shock by direct contact (40, 30 mA sensitivities), protection of persons against electric shock by indirect contact (100 mA sensitivity), and protection of equipment against fires set by leakage currents (100 mA sensitivity).
It is an earth leakage circuit breaker - 1 pole and neutral, C-type curve, rated at 10A and 30mA at 240V.
