Shipping & Delivery:
At Electrical2go we aim to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are processed on working days only and we endeavour to process all orders on the first working day that they are placed and only during our business hours. Exceptions may apply during busy periods.
At this time we cannot offer live stock updates. An estimated delivery time for each item is available via their product page and as a rule orders will be shipped when all items are in stock. We have stock available from our own extensive warehouse and the benefit of six further stocked trade counters within our company. Along with direct to site arrangements with many of our suppliers. With these arrangements in place orders may well be despatched direct from the manufacturer to you the customer. Customers receiving orders in this fashion may find they will not be issued tracking details at the time of despatch.
Free delivery is available on orders over £100.00 to the majority of the UK mainland. Unfortunately we cannot offer this to all locations and a true delivery cost will be displayed via the basket/checkout page once all details have been inputted. Items are despatched on a UK mainland next working day service however certain areas may take longer. Deliveries are available for non UK mainland orders however these typically take 1-3 days longer. Please be aware someone must be available to sign for the goods upon delivery at the designated delivery address.
