Click Scolmore’s Mode range will fit easily into traditional and contemporary interiors alike. The entire range is manufactured using urea formaldehyde and so are anti microbial certified.
The new Click Scolmore Mode USB sockets support both Type A and Type C charging. The Type A outlet offers up to 2.4A charging (when used on it’s own) and the Type C port allows up to 3A. When both ports are in use, the 4.2A charge is shared, with priority given to the Type C output to it’s full potential output of 3A. The Type A charge is then reduced to 1.2A.
The Type C USB sockets feature Scolmore’s new Safety Shutters for added security and reassurance. The shutters will only fully open when all three BS 1363 plug-top pins engage correctly with the shutter. Inserting the earth pin alone will not open the live and neutral shutters like conventional socket shutters.
