The Knightsbridge VFRDGICB is an IP20-rated, die-cast GU10 fixed downlight designed for insulation compatibility and fire safety. Finished in brass, this elegant downlight is not only visually appealing but also highly functional, supporting GU10 lamps with a maximum wattage of 50W.
Featuring a twist and lock front ring, lamp replacement is a breeze, and it is compatible with standard GU10 halogen bulbs as well as retrofit LED and CFL lamps up to 60mm in length. The electrical termination is facilitated via a 10 Amp connector block within a secure enclosure, complete with a cord grip for added safety.
Designed with spring clip fixings, it can accommodate ceilings with a maximum thickness of 30mm. This downlight has been rigorously tested to BS476 Part 21 & 23 and complies with Building Regulations Part B (Fire Safety), proving its reliability for solid wood joists with fire resistance of 30, 60, and 90 minutes.
