The Elkay PFC Capacitor PFCC-1 is essential for optimizing the performance of Elkay two-wire products. When used with contactors, only 3-wire timers with a neutral (400NE) are compatible. In such cases, the capacitor must be fitted across the A1 and A2 (switch live and neutral) points of the contactor.
