This unit from the Definity range provides 13A switched, lockable fused connection with a flex outlet, ideal for secure wiring in commercial and residential environments. Featuring a screwless stainless steel cover plate in Polished Chrome, dimensions are 86 x 86 x 4 mm. Operational temperature is -5°C to +40°C, and conforms to BS 5733 standards for assured safety and reliability.
The face plates are supplied independently of the electrical inserts which allows the initial installation of the product to be carried out and any susbsequent maintenance or decoration to be completed before the final selection and fixing of the face plates. This means there is a much greater degree of flexibility in timing the installation of the inserts. The Definity inserts also come in a choice of finishes. Furthermore should subsequent interior design change or re-decorating dictates that a different colour accessory is required, replacement plates can be sourced individually and fitted without the need for any special tools or electrical skill.
