The Aurora AU-FH250 is a fully breathable fire hood designed for low/mains downlights. This fire hood allows heat from the lamp to be effectively dissipated, preventing the terminal block and fitting from overheating, thus enhancing the safety of your lighting installation.
One of the key features of this product is its intumescent material envelope. In the event of a fire in the room below, this material expands to fill the hood and seal the downlight cut-out in the ceiling, providing an additional layer of fire protection.
The Aurora Fire Hood is suitable for 30 and 60 minute fire rated ceilings, making it a versatile choice for a range of residential and commercial settings.
