Xpelair Xcell 400QVI units are designed for modern airtight buildings and are ideal for 4-5
bedroom houses and larger apartments. They incorporate a high efficiency heat recovery
counter flow cell for heat recovery of up to a 91%, EC ultra low energy motors and G4
filters. The three intake connection spigots located on the top of the unit make the unit
ideal for locating in a loft void.
The units have three speeds and benefit from winter defrost cycle, filter and motor
inspection indicators and the facility for automatic control by a combination of
humidistats, CO2 or smoke sensors. The QVI benefits from summer bypass, cold home
guard and computer BMS compatibility.
