Xpelair GX9 EC3 Commercial Window/Wall Axial Fan (92729AW)

Xpelair GX 9” and 12” EC3 commercial axial fans feature Ultra EC motor technology for long
lasting energy efficient performance and reduced running costs. All models feature a
thermo-actuated backdraught shutter to protect against noise ingress and draught and
offer two speed extract control when installed with a suitable controller. For EC3 models
an MS2 controller is required, whilst the new EC3 RF models require the new ConneX
RF controller, both purchased separately.
The new innovative ConneX radio frequency (RF) controllers offer a wireless and battery
less control solution using only kinetic energy to generate and send control signals to
single or multiple fans. This control option reduces installation time and cost as there
is no need to run cables between the fan and the controller or purchase batteries. A
single ConneX controller will control up to 10 of the same size GX EC3 RF units and will
function within a 25 metre parameter,* offering a single centrally located control solution
ideal for commercial applications such as bars and restaurants where more than one
ventilation system is required.
